A White Tunnel Shaping the Street Experience

Ένα λευκό γλυπτό χωνί που διαμορφώνει την εμπειρία του δρόμου

The project explores a street food burger space conceived without a conventional façade, directly connected to the public realm of the sidewalk. The shop remains open and continuous with the city flow, integrating the movement of passersby into the spatial experience.

A gently rising artificial landscape leads into a lightweight, white, built tunnel — a sculptural element placed inside the space. Its raw materiality and Cycladic whiteness contrast with a strong street atmosphere, while built-in seating and subtle golden-yellow accents reinforce the sense of an urban, informal gathering space.

Το έργο αφορά έναν χώρο street food burger χωρίς σαφή πρόσοψη, σε άμεση σύνδεση με τον δημόσιο χώρο του πεζοδρομίου. Το κατάστημα παραμένει ανοιχτό και ενιαίο με την κίνηση της πόλης, ενσωματώνοντας τη ροή της περατζάδας στη χωρική εμπειρία.

Ο χώρος παραγγελίας οργανώνεται ως ένα υπερυψωμένο, τεχνητό τοπίο που οδηγεί ομαλά σε ένα ελαφρύ, λευκό, χτιστό τούνελ — ένα γλυπτικό στοιχείο με ενσωματωμένο κάθισμα αναμονής. Η ακατέργαστη υλικότητα και το κυκλαδίτικο λευκό συνδυάζονται με έντονη street ατμόσφαιρα και διακριτικές χρυσαφί αποχρώσεις, συνθέτοντας έναν χώρο ανάμεσα στο γλυπτικό και το αστικό, που προσκαλεί τον περαστικό να εισέλθει.
